Achieving wellness is multifaceted and we will make it work into YOUR real world. I’ll be guiding you toward multiple helpful rituals, modalities and wellness plans, and more.
I use functional lab consulting, lifestyle, habits, mindset work, daily rythymns, food, movement, detoxing, cleansing, ancient practices, address emotions and herbs, as my main modalities.

APPlication BELOW

We build the package for you, whether it is 1 lab or more, 1 initial write up, follow ups, and 1 call or a few months of working together.
The cost is bio individual based on what labs you choose and how long you choose to work together. They start between $200-$550, but go up from there. You can’t beat data + symptoms charting.
Labs are mailed to you, you complete them and pop them back in the mail.
I get your results and create my recommendations.
Then we hop on a call to go over your results and my recommendations and collaborate on a plan that fits your life and goals.
WITHOUT LABS, we will focus on detoxing and cleansing, Colon, Liver and Parasites
